1. Services Provided

TrustCar.io provides remote expert second opinion reports and related digital products that synthesize vehicle history data, local market comparables, and human expert judgment into actionable information and negotiation leverage for used car buyers. These reports are informational only.

2. Not a Guarantee or Inspection

Our reports are expert second opinions based on available records and market data. They are not a substitute for a physical pre-purchase inspection, mechanical diagnosis, or professional appraisal. We do not guarantee the mechanical condition, future reliability, or value of any vehicle. All vehicle purchases involve risk. You are solely responsible for your purchase decisions.

3. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is displayed on the Offers page. All sales are final except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately or within 24 hours, refunds are granted only upon request within 30 days if the report did not help you make a more informed decision.

4. Delivery

The Premium Report and Bundle are delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase (usually faster). You are responsible for providing a valid email address and the correct VIN.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information (including VINs) and to use the reports and materials for your own personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustCar.io and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our reports or site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, scripts, checklists, and materials on this site are owned by TrustCar.io or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
